Each individual may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials completely confidential and not to share them with any third party. Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

All transactions on the be 4 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and we support a variety of local payment methods. Deposited funds may only be used within the account from which the deposit was made, and third-party deposits are not accepted. Withdrawal requests typically take 1–5 business days to process, and withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. Any disputes or complaints must first be submitted to our customer support team, and we will endeavor to resolve them within 7 business days. If an internal resolution is not possible, the matter will be settled through a neutral third party. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over any legal disputes.
